my approach

I believe that the way we choose to relate to objects of meaning and people in our life (including ourselves) is a key ingredient to an aligned existence.

I want you to come into more in touch with the relational field that you’re already a part of and notice where things could be more spacious, where you could have more choice.

I am fascinated by polarities – feminine and masculine, soft and intense, specific and wholistic, relational and rigorous.

I like to move between those as I hold space, depending on what it seems that you need.

I am not interested in being your coach or a therapist. I want to hold space for you and in that become a mirror for you. I want to help you see yourself more clearly and find the wisdom that’s already there.

The way I hold space is inspired by Internal Family Systems, somatic inquiry, Focusing, philosophical inquiry, and circling/authentic relating. Please note, however, that I am not, officially certified in those modalities.

Your safety is really important for me. Exploring the mind and deeper conditioning might be emotional and I don’t claim to be able to hold space for whatever arises. We’ll talk about boundaries and explore where and how far we want to go together in each session.
